The identifying and professional contact details provided by the data subject through the forms on this site, together with any professional information they choose to include in the free-text fields. Special categories of data are not requested and should not be included.
Data may be disclosed to service providers acting as processors — hosting, email and commercial management tools — with whom the corresponding contracts have been entered into in accordance with article 28 GDPR. Data is not transferred to third parties for other purposes, save where legally required.
Markentry Worldwide operates in Spain and Brazil and coordinates a network of commercial agents established outside the European Economic Area. Handling an enquiry may therefore involve access to professional contact data from third countries.
Where an international transfer takes place, it relies on one of the mechanisms set out in Chapter V GDPR: an adequacy decision of the European Commission — such as the one adopted in respect of Brazil — or, failing that, standard contractual clauses together with any supplementary measures required following assessment of the destination country. The use of analytics tools may also involve transfers to the United States, relying on the applicable adequacy framework and subject in all cases to the user's prior consent.
These rights may be exercised by writing to coqueruz@markentryworldwide.com, providing proof of identity. If you consider that the processing does not comply with the applicable rules, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are applied to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, in accordance with article 32 GDPR.
